There's something to be said about your first big purchase.

No matter what the scale is or what stage you are in life, there are certain fashion milestones that come and go. When I was in college I had just earned my first 'big' paycheck which influenced a fashion milestone purchase aka my first pair of satin shoes. I was in an oversized mall up north with my sisters and I found the perfect pair of shoes. Cha-ching. 

"What shall we name them?" I asked my sisters, and the perfect name followed. I now introduce to you my 10 year old shoes that still hold a special place in my heart....
