Winter + Wax Skinnies + Weddings
Do you ever consistently go through the day thinking it's actually the before you thought it was? Well this is close to week 3 for me... I just wrote an entire post on Tuesday and realized it was Monday. HA! Life!
I know it's been intermittent and sometimes off topic... but today is a 'Chronicles of Cook' kinda day and I'm talking about Winter, Wax Skinnies and Weddings.
First up, I want to talk about how I hate the cold and how it impacts my health like no other. I get sick about 6 times in 6 months, my allergies are being super friendly and well, there's lack of Vitamin D. I've recently gotten through the winter (not the being sick part) from the following:
Next Up let's chat about how much I am obsessed with wax denim, wax skinnies or as some call them coated denim... they rock. If you have never tried a pair on, I suggest you do. It's like leggings that make you go from couch to glam in a second. My favorite pair are made by AG, well all of my favorite jeans are AG *Angels start to sing* but that's a topic for another day.
Last but certainly not least, I'd like to talk about weddings. I recently got engaged to an incredible man and I am already in bliss that I get to spend the rest of my life with him. He's supportive, encouraging, makes me laugh and most importantly we share an amazing mutual weirdness that no one could ever understand. Since we've been engaged... I've went all over the board, from having a wedding to throwing just a simple party to eloping. It's absolutely insane the amount of options that you have once you open the wedding flood gates. I can't even decide on a #hashtag. I am not sure where I will land or even what our 'wedding' will look like, even if we do decide to have one. There is one thing that I do know, it's the people that stand by your side no matter the crazy things that you come up with, whether they are included in your 'dream wedding' or not are the people that you need to keep in your life forever.
Here's to all my ranting, or as I like to call it 'Chronicles of Cook' on wedding things and all the magnificent people that will listen to me and support me through my indecisiveness, y'all rock my world and pretty much keep me sane.
