Elizabeth and James: Best Dress-ed

Just a pretty silken puff of fabric is the best way to describe this strapless mini dress from Elizabeth and James. Its silk chiffon body is ruched along its bodice before finally meeting at the side where ruffles cascade in a line down the dress. I'm pretty sure I need this in my life, like ASAP!
