That's what the locals here call Detroit! E and I had an adventurous weekend, we decided to venture out to the forbidden territory... Downtown Detroit. Everything, for the most part, is shut down, minus the casino’s and a few hot dog stands.

Most of the buildings were old and tattered, but it was quite the site to see! At times there was not another soul on the streets, it was quite a different feel from where we live, as well as where we have lived in the past. It's a beautiful city in it's transition into recovery!
